Serves as the initial point of contact for all visitors and telephone calls and is the primary recipient of incoming mail. Assembles and delivers the eGoldSheet with any attachments for budgetary review. Responsible for finalizing the eGoldSheet by making corrections in the database as needed and maintaining accurate data that is recorded in the OSPA databases.

Serves as the secondary point of contact for industry partners.
